The exact timeframe will be communicated to the client upon registration and payment. Once the specified duration period ends, the case is considered closed unless management decides to reopen it. Reopening a case is at the sole discretion of Consumer Pehredaar, and a retention fee may be charged to continue any further work on the case. We ensure clear communication with our clients before and after receiving fees, providing transparency about our processes, including acknowledgment of the complaint in writing.
